Teleste’s Code of Conduct represents a commitment to honest, transparent and reliable business as well as compliance with all applicable national and international laws and regulations. Teleste is also committed to observing laws, regulations and standards pertaining to bribery, corruption, money laundering and the financing of illegal activities as well as respecting and observing internationally recognised human rights, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
Together with our values of, customer centricity, respect, reliability and result orientation, it creates the foundation for how we conduct business. The code of conduct guides our employees’ in their daily work.
At Teleste we want to ensure that our employees are familiar with our Code of Conduct and employees are required to participate in an online Code of Conduct training. Participation rate is monitored annually.
Our code of conduct document has been published in six different languages.
Teleste also asks its suppliers to sign a supplier code of conduct document.
